I specialize in helping adults navigate stress, anxiety, grief, and complex trauma. Bringing a trauma-informed lens and 15 years of clinical experience to my practice, I combine my signature 4-Pillar Integration (evidence-based cognitive strategies like CBT, REBT, and Gestalt) with nervous system regulation, nutrition, and mindful movement to promote holistic well-being.

How We Meet

We meet online via Zoom, allowing us to connect comfortably from anywhere across the United States and internationally. As your coach, I am fully bilingual and able to conduct all sessions in either English or Spanish.

The Process

Each coaching session is 50 minutes long, typically held once a week and tailored to your needs. My approach is practical and focused on empowering you to reach your personal goals and build a fulfilling life, serving as a valuable alternative to traditional therapy.

You are welcome to schedule a 30-minute Initial Consultation to explore your unique needs and see how the 4-Pillar approach can benefit you. Following the consultation, you can schedule your first coaching session at your earliest convenience.
